Family recommendation for a good stay

I gotta say the ladies at the front desk were very nice. They were very good too, even during a family emergency. Tara in the breakfast area made sure nobody left hungry, she was so friendly and cute, it reminded me of home.

It wasn't exactly a bargain for what we got but it worked for us, overall acceptable.

Everything was great, FAVOURABLE location in the middle of jackson, the staff were accommodating. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. Location: the hotel was near restaurants and movie theater as well as dinning options and shopping. Local fast food option Meadows Frozen Custard was 10 minutes walk away.

The breakfast had plenty of options: toast, fruit, eggs, bacon and hot waffles. The room was reasonably spacious with 2 queen beds and the location was magnificent.

I had a decent stay with clean rooms and a lovely breakfast. the images online showed a brighter atmosphere. my room felt dark and outdated.

A little pricey

The room at Quality Inn wasnice and neat, with plenty of towels and great pillows. I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave for convenience. The breakfast was great with waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage. The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent was great. The entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked, a bit difficult to find during the nighttime. Staff was friendly, but the short staffing was noticeable during breakfast hours, which might have affected the setup. I had a pleasant stay overall, but improvements in Wi-Fi and clearer signage would make a big difference.

Needs better signage to identify the hotel!!! Stained furniture and lingering odors in rooms detract from the experience. Restroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! More attentive management could enhance customer satisfaction!!!

The room was spacious enough for my family and our three pups, and we enjoyed catching up on our favorite shows on the in-room TV. The breakfast spread was hearty, exceeding our expectations!

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness of the common areas needs improvement. A family-friendly area for the kids to play would be great.

Would recommend for a walk in evening

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with easy access to the laundry facilities on the first floor and free parking for my vehicle and convenient.

The hallways had a noticeable smell of smoke.

I appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with clean and well-maintained areas, made it easy for me to navigate throughout the hotel.

The indoor heated pool felt great and rooms were comfy. Air conditioner sounded loud, making it tough to sleep at times.

We especially loved the indoor heated pool and the comfy rooms with great amenities. We visited the nearby Autumn Leaf Festival and enjoyed some outdoor activities like fishing and golfing. It was a perfect getaway with plenty to do around. Just a heads up, some areas could use a little updating, but overall, it was dope!

One thing we noticed was that the air conditioner in our room was pretty loud, making it hard to sleep at times.

A great value for families, particularly with the breakfast options like make-your-own waffles and a variety of healthy choices that pleased both kids and adults. The pool was closed , disappointing, but the staff did redirect us to a nearby hotel to swim. The rooms were a mixed bag. While one room wasnice and neat, the other had issues with an unpleasant odor and was not at all up to standard.

Had a clean room with a mini-fridge and microwave. The whirlpool tub was a fun touch, though we didn't use it. Loved being within walking distance to shopping and a movie theater!

I stayed for 6 nights in a King Non-Smoking room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Scott. The room was clean, with good access for my dogs. Breakfast was stocked and tasty 😊
